1. Services

Peritus Solutions Group provides consulting services related to hiring, human resources, workforce operations, and compliance support for business clients.

All services are advisory and implementation-based in nature and are tailored to the specific needs of each client engagement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide guidance, recommendations, and implementation support based on experience and best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to hiring success, employee retention, or business performance.

Clients are responsible for all final decisions and actions taken within their organization.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests

  • Implement recommendations at their discretion

  • Ensure internal compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

All fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Payment terms may include:

  • Upfront project fees

  • Monthly retainers

  • Payment schedules or milestones

Invoices are due according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in paused services.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the sensitive nature of your business and workforce information.

Peritus Solutions Group agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose proprietary or sensitive data without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peritus Solutions Group shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of revenue or business opportunities

  • legal or regulatory outcomes resulting from client decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Independent Contractor

Peritus Solutions Group operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or legal representative of the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the client agreement.

Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.
